TEAMJAB FITNESS BOOT CAMP

 In just two months of weight loss challenge with TEAMJAB- Nutrition/boot camp, I was able to transform Robert Mikel into a STUD. Due to his weight loss/body fat reduction (and a few private riding lessons), I was able to negotiate some advertisements (he doesn’t like to brag).  I will brag for him!!!! You may know him as a 5am boot-camper…but if you get kind of close- you will recognize that he smells like a MAN…the Old Spice Man.

Melissa Mikel really turned it on when she joined TEAMJAB and was able to fulfill her life-long dream of performing as a CHER impersonator….hmmm, I don’t know about you, but I think she does it better than the original. Please, no autographs!

 Dear Jenifer,  

 

The interest in the Fall Weight Loss Challenge has been INSANE!!!!! I thought long and hard on how to make this as competitive as possible. I thought about how to ensure the success of each person.  I came up with this plan:

 

I have rented a large compound that each of you will be housed in for the next six weeks. Hahahahahah…hell, now that would be a reality show!  I can see it now: crazed boot camper eats six others at TEAMJAB FAT HOUSE FACILITY…more on the 6 o’clock news.

 
Ok, ok, enough B.S! The next weight loss challenge weigh in will be:
 

Saturday, September 11th
GB3 Herndon/Fowler

 

This competition is going to be female vs. female and male vs. male.

 

Ladies will weigh in from
3-4:30pm
Men will weigh in from
4:30-6pm

 

The competition will be judged on:
Percentage of weight lost
And
Inches lost (3 measurements)

(chest/waist/hips)
 

This competition will go for six weeks!!!!
Sept. 11th – Oct 23rd

 

If you are interested in challenging yourself into being healthier, please email me for rules/regulations and entry forms. Winners receive 6 months FREE TEAMJAB training and a percentage of the entry money, determined by the number of participants, not to mention….a smaller butt.

THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES IN LIFE

Some call it the language of God, others call it coincidence but whatever it is, we always receive signs from our universal source helping us to see, hear or speak what ever it is  we may be needing in that moment.
 
We as humans come into this world, into this place we call earth, to learn and grow from our life lessons. It is said the older the soul that has incarnated our body the harder the life lessons we have chosen to bear. It is in our everyday life circumstances that we must be awake and alert to the subtle messages we receive from above. These messages come from a vortex of energy that is pure, powerful and abundant in every way. We know that we are all energy and that all matter is energy. Therefore, it goes without saying that our thoughts and emotions are very potent energy. This is precisely why we must be truly mindful of our thoughts and the words we speak.
Even more so, we must be extremely mindful of the emotional charge we put into all our thoughts.
The emotions we put to our thoughts is very much like the lighter used to set the coals on fire, the driver of the car, the primary mover of the muscle.
 
Ponder this; The emotions emitted from our heart are energetic pulses sent out to the universe. These pulses of energy can either be negative or positive charges. These pulses of energy emitted from us will draw back the same. Einstein said we live in an energy universe, and that we do.
We are so beautifully and perfectly made with such love and devotion that we can only be made in the image of the greater force. Each human being is a charged up energy system.  Energy is always around us; we are constantly exchanging energy with everyone else. When you share from the heart something with someone you can feel the emotional charge given or received by that person.  We are energy and as such we bring into our reality exactly what we ask for.
It is in this asking that we need to realize that there are no coincidences. 
 
If you truly think about it, there are no  coincidences. to read that book.  Have you ever had a thought charged with emotion but then discounted it only to find yourself being talked to about the subject of your thoughts? Have you ever been in the middle of going through tough times and then as if by some miracle into your life pops the right person who happens to say the right things to help you through that time?
Time and time again I have been told ” your words came to me at the right time, thank you.” 
 
You may be so caught up in your egoic mind, that you may block yourself from listening or hearing the message, but sooner or later someone else will relay that same message to you again when you are ready to hear it. As the saying goes, ” when the student is ready the teacher will come.”
 
You in all your wonder need to realize that what happens to you is because you have asked for it in some fashion. Even the bad stuff. So remember that you made a pre earth decision to be here to learn those lessons from all those teachers.
 
The universal source is simply guiding you along your path by giving you signs and wonders. The question is: are you listening?
TEAMJAB and you were brought together for a reason- this is NO coincidence!

SPECIAL FORCES TRAINING

TEAMJAB SPECIAL FORCES TRAINING

Teamjab has grown in numbers. There are beginners, intermediate, and then there are the super psycho bootcampers…(close to my heart and jagged mind).

In order to satisfy the many levels of bootcampers, I, as your Fitness Commander have designed the TEAMJAB SPECIAL FORCES TRAINING.

These groups have a Platoon Leader assigned to them that will not change. These sessions are limited to 10 participants.

The price is $10.00 per session. The fee is pre-paid. Once you have been accepted into the group, you are sent the location of the training via text message.

This training is elite. This training is not to be discussed with the other cadets at bootcamp. Pictures are not to be posted of this training. If there is a leak of information, the cadet at fault will be removed from the special forces training forever- loose lips gets your ass kicked out. There are spies everywhere- believe you me.

You can participate in the various Special Forces Training. You are not limited to one. Do not share information between training groups.
